Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition after collisions or damage. Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans to restore vehicles to factory standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces with precision
Conduct mechanical inspections and perform minor repairs as needed to ensure vehicle safety and functionality
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times




Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Document repair processes accurately and communicate progress clearly with supervisors and customers

Skills
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role within a dealership or automotive repair shop
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on expertise in auto body repair techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment necessary for vehicle repairs
Ability to perform automotive repairs with attention to detail and quality standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret damage assessments effectively
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain repairs clearly

Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
