We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscaper/Gardener to join our team. Duties
Use hand tools and power tools to plant, prune, mow, and maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, mulching, fertilizing, and aerating
Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
Assist with planting recent landscape features including flowers, bushes, and trees
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and ensuring safety standards are met
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively




Monitor plant health and identify issues related to pests or disease for timely intervention

Qualifications
Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping work
Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic horticultural practices is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation is preferred for job site access
