Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software Abeldent.
Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages.
Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and update electronic records accurately.
Manage patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely appointments and smooth operations.
Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry,



and managing office supplies.
Communicate clearly with patients about treatment plans, appointment details, and billing inquiries while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Experience
Prior experience working as a dental receptionist is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Abeldent is essential for success in this role.
Strong knowledge of Dental terminology enhances communication with patients and clinical staff.
Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently in a rapid-paced office setting.
Previous office experience in dental administrative roles provides a solid foundation for this position.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
