Position Summary

We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager to oversee and optimize brokerage-related activities. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective service delivery across logistics and freight processes.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily brokerage and logistics operations.
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external clients.
Manage and monitor transactions and shipment processes.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.




Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements
Previous experience in brokerage operations, logistics, or a related field.
Positive understanding of transportation and supply chain processes.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $52,042.52-$125,838.01 per year
