We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Piano Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant music education team. Responsibilities
Assist lead piano teachers during lessons by setting up instruments, materials, and lesson plans to ensure smooth instructional flow
Support students with their practice routines, providing encouragement and gentle guidance to enhance their learning experience
Help maintain a welcoming classroom environment that is secure, organized, and conducive to creative exploration
Engage with children during lessons by fostering motivation, patience, and positive reinforcement
Participate in classroom activities that promote musical development, including warm-up exercises and interactive learning games




Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling lessons and tracking student progress
Contribute to creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages early childhood education and musical curiosity

Experience
Prior tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in music or early childhood education
Experience working with children in educational or classroom settings
Knowledge of piano playing and basic music theory is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with classroom management techniques and creating engaging lesson plans
Ability to communicate effectively with young learners and their families
Previous experience in cooking or preparing snacks is a plus, supporting the holistic development of students during lessons or breaks
