We are actively hiring Job-site labour workers to join our team. BERTRAM CONSTRUCTION is a full service company providing work on commercial and residential job sites and renovations, construction, and maintenance in Halifax

Qualifications:

Punctual and Dependable.

Late or 'no-show' work days are not accepted.

Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions.

Valid NS Driver's License and reliable means of transportation is a MUST (own car)

Proper PPE for the job site (Steel toes)

Standard Labourer requirements;
Daily inspection of tools and equipment
Organizing/cleaning materials on a job site
Moving and loading materials on a job site
Assisting trades with various construction level labour
Non-skilled hands on tasks
Ensure a safe work workplace in compliance with all rules and regulations set forward by foremen





This position can require 40 hours a week and wage is based on experience. In order to receive top compensation, you must be able to detail your experience.

This position can be physically demanding; digging, lifting etc. in sometimes hot and dirty conditions. It can require long hours in changing weather. We expect hard work from start to finish. If you have a positive attitude and robust work ethic, we'd like to hear from you.

Perks following a 3 month probationary period.
