Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC router to produce precision countertops according to specifications. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards.

Duties
Operate CNC router and other related equipment to fabricate countertops to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining operations.
Set up machines for production runs, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precision in production.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.





Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical documentation.
Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
Ability to operate crane and forklifts safely; certification preferred.
Competence in using hand tools and measuring devices such as calipers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
