Overview

Duties
Operate mixing equipment and machinery to blend ingredients according to specified recipes and quality standards
Monitor production lines, ensuring proper ingredient measurements and consistent product quality
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring labels and quantities are accurate
Use basic math skills to verify ingredient quantities and adjust recipes as needed
Conduct routine inspections of machinery, performing minor mechanical adjustments when necessary
Follow safety protocols diligently,



including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe handling of equipment

Requirements
Prior experience in food industry manufacturing or food processing preferred but not required; training will be provided
Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks effectively
