Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Admissions Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing exceptional customer service, and representing our institution with professionalism.

Duties
Conduct informative and persuasive public speaking engagements to promote the institution’s programs and offerings.
Assist prospective students by answering inquiries via phone, email, Zoom, and in person, providing detailed information about academic programs, admissions requirements and application procedures.
Utilize a CRM for student information systems to manage applicant data accurately and efficiently.
Lead recruiting efforts by identifying potential students via attending outreach events, and developing strategies to increase enrollment.
Support prospective students through the application process, including guiding them on necessary documentation and deadlines.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional programs, policies, and industry trends related to higher education admissions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or consultative sales, preferably within the post-secondary education sector.
Demonstrated expertise with cold calling and a solid track record of meeting solid recruitment objectives.
Direct experience digital marketing
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly with regards to student registration processes.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of maintaining an elegant and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Compensation package includes base salary, performance-based target bonus, extended healthcare insurance, and a fantastic team and work environment.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
