Duties
Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service,



answer questions about menu items, and create a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience with serving or bartending is highly valued
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating tabs accurately
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Knowledge of alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service practices is a plus
