Duties
Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and drinks, ensuring a friendly and engaging experience
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cashiering duties like cash handling and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests




Assist in food handling and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to guests

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for effective order processing and cashiering
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously without compromising quality
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
