Customer Service Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom and will provide administrative, customer service, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a skilled and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails.
Assist walk-in customers with selecting plastics and building products.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries.
Provide sales and customer service support as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and showroom area.
Enter and update information using QuickBooks, Excel, and CRM systems.
Coordinate customer orders and requirements with the warehouse team.




Perform other administrative and customer support duties as needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or a showroom setting is preferred.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing, reliable, and well-organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with product selection.
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, and/or CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
