We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lettershop / Inserter Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate specialized machinery to assemble, insert, and package printed materials efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will ensure high-quality output while maintaining safety standards and optimizing production workflows. This position offers an exciting prospect to work with advanced equipment and contribute to the seamless delivery of printed communications.
Responsibilities
Set up, program, and run inserters (BB600s, BB700, Buhrs, W&D;, Mailstar, Pinnacle a plus).
Operate and monitor camera matching systems for accuracy and integrity.
Experience with Lake Camera System.
Perform strong quality control checks throughout production.
Troubleshoot mechanical and software issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment and ensure jobs meet specifications and deadline
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience operating high-speed inserters in a print or lettershop setting preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
