We are an interdisciplinary healthcare clinic offering:
Chiropractic Care
Kinesiology / Active Rehabilitation
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
Clinical Counselling
Acupuncture
Naturopathic Medicine
Dietitian Consulting
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and through social media platforms
Schedule and manage client appointments
Handle administrative, billing, and front desk duties
Organize and prepare therapy rooms
Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience
Monitor and refill clinic supplies as needed

What We’re Looking For
JaneApp experience required
Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong asset
