Duties
Engage with customers in-store and at their homes to assess renovation needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Manage sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and record keeping
Negotiate pricing, upsell premium products, and close high-end sales by highlighting product benefits and value propositions
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management and follow-up communications
Assist with merchandising efforts to showcase products attractively and optimize retail space for maximum sales impact
Support marketing initiatives by promoting recent products,



special offers, and renovation services to increase customer engagement

Experience
Proven outside sales experience, preferably within home improvement, renovation, or construction sectors
Solid background in retail sales, inside sales, or customer service roles with excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and product demos to drive revenue growth
Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, or related technical skills enhances effectiveness in this role
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and organizational skills necessary for smooth operations
Prior account management experience that showcases your ability to nurture client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously
