We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards
Provide expert advice to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans
Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in accordance with medical guidelines
Maintain comprehensive and precise pharmacy records, including medication logs and patient profiles
Educate patients on medication administration techniques,



especially in pediatrics or acute care settings
Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of pharmaceuticals in accordance with regulatory requirements

Experience
Robust background in pediatric pharmacy and patient-centered care approaches
Knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmacy practice and healthcare settings
Hands-on experience with medication administration protocols across various clinical scenarios
Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems(WinRx) and record-keeping procedures
Farsi Speaking Ability is a Priority
