Duties
Supervise all aspects of dining room operations, including table service, food presentation, and customer interactions to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and effective team
Oversee handling procedures to uphold food safety standards and quality assurance
Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting top talent for various dining service roles
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the dining room & kitchen
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Experience
Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant management industry
Extensive food service experience including serving, food handling, and hospitality roles
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively in fast-paced environments
Experience in interviewing, onboarding recent employees, and developing team members for growth opportunities
Background in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, along with supervisory experience
