We are equipment rental company seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our rental equipment and services. While not compulsory, a basic knowledge of tools and equipment would be an asset. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, loading and unloading and inquiries about our equipment.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Ensure all communications are transparent, professional, and courteous.





Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
