Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile carpenter skilled professional to join our construction and manufacturing team. This role requires a robust background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating, with the ability to perform complex tasks such as concrete forming, rebar installation, and siding installation. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that demand precision, craftsmanship, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities
Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with attention to structural integrity
Install cabinetry, siding, roofing, flooring, and siding with high-quality standards
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with construction painting, caulking, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks as needed
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards




Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Requirements
Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry work, and related fields
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and other relevant equipment
Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, siding installation, and woodworking techniques
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project execution
Solid understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Handyman experience or multi-trade skills are highly desirable
Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical or plumbing work are a plus
Candidate must have own vehicle and valid drivers license

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
