Job Description
Building / Property maintenance
Inspect and identifies equipment or machines in need of repairs.
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
Perform routine maintenance on roofing equipment
Organize and assist with upkeep of the facility.
Perform general yard task as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Must have small engine mechanical experience.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
Knowledge of general repairs.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must have a valid driver's license without infractions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
