About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Licensed Truck Mechanic to join our team. The company operates a strong fleet and maintains a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and employee satisfaction. To support ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and licensed 310T Truck Mechanic to join their maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and engine systems using OEM documentation and diagnostic tools.
Conduct safety inspections in accordance with MTO and internal compliance standards.
Complete repair orders and maintenance logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure fleet availability and operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience servicing heavy-duty trucks (fleet or dealership experience an asset).




Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with major engine platforms (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship.
Experience with CVOR/MTO inspection requirements is an asset.
