Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Dance Instructor to join our team at the Academy of Ballroom Arts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about dancing and enjoys working with adult students of varying experience levels. This role includes teaching private lessons, leading group classes, and contributing to a fun and welcoming studio community.

Responsibilities
Teach private dance lessons tailored to each student’s goals and ability level
Lead engaging group classes for students of different experience levels
Teach proper techniques and safety procedures for various dance styles
Create a positive and inspiring learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their dancing
Assist students in preparing for studio events, performances, or competitions if applicable
Participate in and help host Friday night dance parties and studio events
Maintain a clean, skilled,



and welcoming studio environment
Build strong relationships with students and contribute to a supportive studio community

Experience
Previous dance teaching experience is preferred
Background in ballroom or partner dancing is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and engage students of varying skill levels
Qualified, positive attitude and willingness to learn
