Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation and meal service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food safety, food handling, and supporting the overall food service operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position offers an chance to gain valuable restaurant and kitchen experience in a fast-paced food industry setting.

Responsibilities
Mainly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients for various menu items.
Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen workstations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas.
Assist with inventory management by notifying supervisors of supplies needed for meal preparation.




Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for staff and guests.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is highly desirable.
Experience working in a rapid-paced kitchen or food industry setting will be beneficial.
