We are looking to hire 1 experienced Prep/Line Cook to help with prep as well as to cook on the line.

We are looking for someone who is hard working, adaptable, detail oriented, values team work, and takes pride in their work and representing Bliss.

Line Cook Role:
6am shift start time / available weekends
Operating flat top grill, cooking eggs all styles
Operating the range/fryers
Remaining calm and organized under pressure during busy service
Ensuring the line remains stocked, organized, and running efficiently
Opens and closes
Transparent and effective communication on the line

Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. Hourly wage is starting at $17-$19/hr + tip share. Bliss Caffeine Bar is a tip share establishment, with a large portion of tips directed to our culinary team. On average tip share adds an additional $7-$11/hr.



Will be assessed after probation period and considered for a raise.

Bliss operates from 8am to 4pm, Tuesday to Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 6am to 6pm.

Addition duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing valuable safety and sanitation
Oversee kitchen operations
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
