Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to highlight benefits and value
Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and presentable
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
Use effective phone etiquette to follow up with clients and support ongoing sales initiatives





Requirements
Multilingual skills or bilingual ability (English plus additional language) is highly desirable for diverse customer engagement
Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing simple calculations
Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
Customer service mindset with skilled phone etiquette and active listening abilities
