Job Description

Property management company looking to hire a permanent, full time cleaner to clean office buildings. Cleaning would include common areas (washrooms, lobby, hallways, etc.) as well as individual office units.

Cleaning Tasks
Touchpoint Disinfection
Dusting
Sweeping
Mopping
Vacuuming carpets and spot cleaning
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Cleaning all floors and surfaces
Emptying waste containers
Tracking cleaning supplies and letting supervisor know to order recent supplies
Additional tasks when required

Job Information

· Full time, permanent

· Hourly rate: $20-$22

· Monday-Friday 6:00pm-2:30am

· Located in Oakville and Burlington

· Advantages after 3 months





Requirements and Qualifications

· Computer literate (to order and track supplies)

· Must have a clean criminal record

· Reliable and punctual

· Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.

· Must have a valid G Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:
Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
