Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Clear tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service
Assist with setting up dining areas, including cleaning tables and resetting for new guests
Support the team by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the dining space
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling special requests,
and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Solid communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality, hotel, or food industry settings is a plus
Willingness to perform cleaning duties diligently to uphold hygiene standards
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
