As our Frozen Food Logistics Coordinator you will manage shipments and lead initiatives to improve service levels to existing and new accounts. This candidate will be highly organized, embrace challenges and thrive in an ever-changing international setting. Exceptional English communication skills are required to service and build large North American corporate accounts.

Primary Responsibilities
Schedule ocean reefer shipments within North America and Internationally
Manage customs and FDA releases
Collect and Generate required documentation based upon country of destination requirements
Communicate and confirm deliveries with all members throughout the supply chain
Problem solve with ocean carriers, forwarders, warehouses & truckers
Negotiate Freight Rates for select shipping lanes




Work closely with Trading, Quality and Financial Departments

Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
French and Spanish an asset
Exceptional communicator – in person and via telephone/email
Proven problem-solving abilities
Confident, assertive personality
Work well under pressure within a fast-paced setting
Ability to prioritize many tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
International Business Experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) PowerBI
