We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries both in person and via phone or digital channels
Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell products and services to meet customer needs while maximizing sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Provide technical support or product information as needed, demonstrating technical sales skills
Manage customer accounts, process returns or exchanges, and resolve issues promptly




Utilize strong communication skills to ensure explicit, professional interactions with customers
Practice effective time management to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Follow proper phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
Multilingual abilities (e.g., bilingual in English and another language) are a significant advantage
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, basic math, and cash handling procedures is beneficial
Experience delivering product demos or technical sales enhances effectiveness in this role
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success
