Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and support within our retail setting. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities to enhance guest experiences. This role involves managing various administrative and customer-facing tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting our services through effective upselling and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations
Provide information about services, amenities, or products
Maintain organizational systems such as refilling stock to ensure efficient operations
Upsell additional services or products to enhance guest experience and revenue
Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
Assist with heavy lifting or physical tasks as needed to support facility operations




Demonstrate leadership in guiding new team members or assisting colleagues during busy periods
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the storeto uphold professional standards

Requirements
Proficiency in POS and basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and handle physical demands of the role
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and upselling techniques preferred
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Attention to detail in merchandising, filing, and maintaining a tidy workspace

Our hours of operation are 9am-11pm seven days a week. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
