Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff; manage weekly scheduling to optimize labor efficiency.
Store Excellence: Supervise daily opening/closing procedures and ensure the store environment meets all brand and mall standards.
Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and minimize waste through proactive inventory control.
Customer Experience: Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and maintain a welcoming, fast-paced service environment.
Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations within the store.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in food retail or a high-volume quick-service restaurant (QSR).
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent verbal communication for customer engagement.
Proficiency in cash handling and store-level reporting.
Highly organized with a sharp eye for cleanliness and store presentation.
Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including peak mall periods (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
