Ridgeback Basement Systems is growing and looking to hire full-time Construction Workers to join our team.

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends 7am is start time
Must be comfortable working year-round with no seasonal layoffs

Requirements
Ability to work hard in a physically demanding workplace
Comfortable lifting heavy materials and tools
Ability to move buckets of construction debris from job sites
Experience using a jackhammer is an asset, or willingness to learn
Ability to solve problems on the fly and adapt to installation challenges
Daily and overnight travel may be required depending on scheduling needs
