Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile General Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across different trades, and taking pride in keeping properties in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance on building systems, fixtures, and equipment
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent future issues
Assist with construction, renovation,



or improvement projects
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard

Qualifications:
Experience in general repair, maintenance, or a combination of trades
Solid problem-solving and hands-on skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and a qualified attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
