Position: Sani-Sol Pool & Spa Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. This role involves assisting with various tasks essential to the operation of our store, including customer service, water testing, inventory management, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Work 15 to 30 hours per week, with hours varying throughout the summer season.

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and processing transactions.

Test and balance pool and hot tub water using appropriate testing equipment, ensuring water quality meets standards.

Assist with stocking shelves, receiving orders, and maintaining inventory levels.

Open and close the store as scheduled, ensuring security procedures are followed.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and collect payments from customers.

Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing,



and organizing documents.

Qualifications:

Solid customer service skills with a skilled demeanor.

Ability to work weekends, particularly Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying hours.

Basic knowledge of pool and hot tub water testing and treatment preferred.

Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is considered an asset.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills for administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
