Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client accounts by providing personalized support and strategic guidance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track client interactions, update account information, and analyze engagement data
Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, renewal, or service enhancements
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ business needs within SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms and financial services sectors
Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues,



and provide updates
Support marketing initiatives by sharing client feedback and insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, customer relationship management, or account management roles
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
Knowledge of SaaS solutions and the financial services industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a positive, energetic demeanor
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
