Duties
Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently using electronic medical records systems (Cleardent).
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with precision
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls to appropriate team members and providing accurate information.
Collect and verify patient insurance information, update medical histories, and ensure all documentation is complete.
Manage patient flow by coordinating with dental staff to ensure timely treatment delivery.
Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance claims using Epic or comparable systems.




Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.

Experience
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with dental office software such as Cleardent is essential for success in this role.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology enhances communication with patients and staff.
Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated administrative experience in a quick-paced environment ensures smooth daily operations.
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and insurance processing is a plus.
