Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cleaning operations, with experience in hotel or custodial services, and possess excellent leadership skills. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in upholding the reputation of our establishment through efficient management and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.




Address guest requests or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and equipment handling.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups as needed.

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a housekeeping or custodial setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Positive communication skills for effective team leadership and guest interaction.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
Hospitality experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with industry standards for cleanliness and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
