Overview
We are seeking a friendly and qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience, preferably in the laundry or dry cleaning industry, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This position offers an prospect to further develop customer service expertise in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in person, by phone, or via email
Handle dry cleaning and laundry service requests efficiently and courteously
Accurately receive, inspect, and tag customer garments
Create and process receipts with strong attention to detail
Provide clear, accurate information while delivering excellent customer service
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the owner to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the customer service area

Qualifications
Experience in cashiering, billing, or related customer-facing roles
Previous experience in laundry,



or dry cleaning services preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
Flexibility to work varying hours as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.60 per hour
