Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a desire to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Seat guests and provide them with menus
Assist in answering phone calls and supporting other staff
Organize the waitlist effectively to ensure guests are being seated efficiently
Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff with confidence
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with understanding & professionalism
Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure effective table turnover

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset but not needed
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




Solid customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
Must be able to work well within a team

Note: This position is primarily for a Host/Hostess with the ability to learn the Role of Barista as well. This will be on a as needed basis.
