Role Summary

What You will Do
Provide an excellent customer experience with each point of contact to support customer needs by providing the info required at the right time.
Lead the sales team to continually follow-up to drive leads to become prospects and customers
Effectively communicate with our prospects and clients.
Establish and maintain an effective sales process to drive sales funnel progress
Establish and attain sales KPI for revenue, profitability, and growth
Ensure accurate and comprehensive data in CRM is maintained through reports and dashboards
Ongoing team performance reporting and analysis via CRM
Take initiative on developing relationship with strategic leads and maintaining strategic customer relationships
Formulate strategic replies to quotation requests
Conduct market research on industry trends and potential clients to generate new leads.




Collaborate with the operations team to ensure processes are effective at maintaining on-time deliveries

What You will Need
University graduate with 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Management
Understanding of solution selling
Leadership abilities to build and lead a high-performing team
Experience working in CRM systems
Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics manufacturing an asset
Excellent attention to detail
Nature to persevere and enjoy the challenge
Determination for results through performance against KPI’s

Compensation: Based on the Experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
