Fanny Bay Oysters is looking for dedicated team members for our CFIA certified processing plant. We grade and process over 10,000dozen oysters and 5,000lb of clams per week. Our team is lead by our plant manager, Shannon Munro, and QMP manager, Jeff Armstrong. We are looking for crew members that can pay attention to detail, work in a repetitive motion with grading and packing orders, and follow CFIA safety regulations.
You are someone that:
-Works well in a team environment
-Has an interest in shellfish aquaculture
-Doesn't mind working in a refrigerated workplace

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Grading and packing oysters
-Grading and packing clams
-Cleaning and maintaining processing equipment
-Set up packing materials
-Reporting maintenance issues to managers

Our crew generally works 7am - 3pm in the processing plant. Full time positions are available starting at $20/hr and a comprehensive benefits package.
Extra skills that are not required but would be beneficial
-forklift license
-small crane operating experience
