Charleswood Roofing is looking to hire experienced roofing installers/lead hand for spring!

Seeking 5+ years install experience

We seek reliable, honest workers, the ability to take direction and willing to take on any task of the roofing crew. Sloped roofing experience, and ability to complete a project on a variety of roof styles is a must.

As an appropriate candidate you will possess a valid class 5 Manitoba Drivers license with a clean drivers abstract, reliable transportation (not on a bus route), have a reliable form of communication.

Expectations:

· Be on time and ready for the workday with the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment- steel toed boots and basic roofing pouch with tools).

· Setting a positive example every day for fellow employees and displaying a team mentality.

· Attentive to job site meetings,



toolbox talks and will be required to comply with all safety rules, policies and procedures.

· All employees should be respectful of neighboring community, customers, and fellow employees to ensure that CWR is well represented in language, quality of workmanship as well as general work behavior.
