Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy using Micros POS or similar systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts




Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a robust background in hospitality and customer service
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for productive order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
Exceptional customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres and handle diverse guest needs
Ability to serve responsibly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
