Overview

We are seeking a friendly and qualified Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming setting for all customers. This role requires a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for those eager to learn. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS system ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety standards to answer guest questions confidently
Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
Ensure proper food handling,



sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with health regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
Provide guest services that promote a positive dining experience and encourage repeat visits

Must be available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4 pm-7pm.

Must have a Smart Serve Certificate.
