Location: Highway 27 and Royal Gate Boulevard, Vaughan
Pay: $24–$26/hour starting, up to $30/hour based on experience
Shift Premium: Additional $2/hour once you switch to the afternoon shift (after training)

We are looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on Envelope Adjuster to join one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with motors, machinery, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience such as a junior CNC operator, machine operator, automotive/mechanical background, or similar hands-on manufacturing experience. We are not looking for engineers or electricians—rather, someone practical, resourceful, and mechanically minded who can think outside the box.

Schedule

Initial training period (approximately 1 month):
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Regular shift after training:
Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, and maintain envelope production machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on equipment
Perform machine changeovers and adjustments as required




Monitor machine performance and product quality
Work closely with production staff to minimize downtime
Maintain a secure and clean work environment

Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on problem-solving skills
Experience working with machinery, motors, or mechanical equipment
Background in machine operation, CNC operation, automotive mechanics, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Solid attention to detail and reliability
Basic tools and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge considered an asset

Compensation
$24–$26/hour for candidates with approximately 1 year of related experience
Up to $30/hour for highly experienced candidates
Additional $2/hour after training
