Light Fixture Assembly + Production

Key Roles:
Assemble LED light fixtures using hand tools.
Assembly and prep tasks (including but not limited to sanding, drilling, and filing raw materials).
Package light fixtures for shipping
Maintain a clean and protected work environment.
Ensure that daily production and quality targets are met.

Required Skills:
Attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to spend extended periods of standing, lifting up to 30 lbs,



and repetitive tasks.
Soldering skills and basic LED and electrical knowledge is a plus.
