Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handy Person to join our leading international fast food facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our manufacturing and facility environments. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workspace, supporting various repair, installation, and maintenance tasks with enthusiasm and precision. This position offers an exciting chance to apply your skills by providing exceptional Millworking, Drywalling,Siange/Decor and Painting skills ect.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, and facility infrastructure
Conduct repairs and Drywall, Siange/Decor,Painting, Renos,and troubleshooting.
Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and adjust automated processes as needed
Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, inventory, and maintenance logs
Assist with electrical, plumbing,matence tasks to specifications
Support facilities maintenance projects




Lead small teams or supervise other maintenance staff during projects or daily operations

Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles within commercial environments
Supervising experience is highly desirable for leadership responsibilities
Solid mechanical knowledge and experience/familiarity with schematics
Skilled in Drywall,Decor,Sinage,Painting techniques in commercial settings
Experience working in commercial restaurants/kitchens an asset
Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices including safety protocols and troubleshooting procedures
Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork
Demonstrats service orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Pay: $17.87-$27.00 per hour
