Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall patient experience. Duties
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and providing appropriate treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent or similar dental management software
Support the dental team during procedures, including assisting with orthodontic or pediatric cases when necessary
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy




Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate patient care plans

Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license in valuable standing
Experience with Cleardent or similar dental office management software preferred
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures is a plus
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations - proficient in Hindi and English
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, especially with pediatric or orthodontic cases
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
Ability to work well within a team and uphold high standards of infection control and safety protocols

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
