We are currently seeking an experienced pizzaiolo to join our team.

Our Italian restaurant, located in St. Henri, specializes in sourdough pizza, natural wine, and seasonal, local ingredients. This role offers a agile work environment and the chance to work with naturally leavened dough in a wood-fired oven.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant industry

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.




Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed during food handling and preparation.
Assist in meal preparation and plating, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional service by engaging with customers when necessary.

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
