Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and be proficient in administering intravenous therapies. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions, ensuring comfort and safety during treatment. The Injectionist will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care in our Feel Better IV Lounge. An interest in vitamin drip therapies, aesthetics and cosmetics would be a definite asset, along with CBAM certification.

Duties
Administer intravenous infusions and injections according to established protocols.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after infusion therapy.
Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient responses.
Collaborate with with onsite MD or NP to develop individualized care plans.
Utilize electronic health record systems such as Accuro and Jane for documentation and patient management.
Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and medication usage.




Assist in pain management strategies for patients undergoing infusion therapy.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.

Experience
Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
Hospital experience, particularly in acute care settings.
Knowledge of medical terminology, phlebotomy, and medication administration.
Laboratory experience is beneficial for understanding the complexities of patient care.
Strong IV insertion skills.
Has knowledge of aseptic techniques.
